About the Role
As a Technical Recruiter at REIS Staffing & HR Services Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent for various clients. This role involves working closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
You will also be responsible for conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and providing feedback to candidates. Your goal will be to fill open positions efficiently and effectively, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract top technical talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Conduct initial screenings of candidates, including phone or video interviews.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates.
- Manage multiple job openings simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in an agency or corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of technical recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM systems.
