Role Description As a Client Acquisition Intern, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and supporting the end-to-end client conversion process. This internship is designed for individuals who want hands-on exposure to B2B sales, market research, and client acquisition in the recruitment consulting industry. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate potential client leads through market research, online platforms, and outreach strategies. Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers to build a strong prospect database. Initiate contact with potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional channels. Understand client hiring needs and pitch RecruitmentQuest's recruitment solutions. Support the sales process from lead generation to closure. Maintain and update lead data, follow-ups, and conversion status. Collaborate with the recruitment and business development team to improve acquisition strategies. Requirements: Strong willingness to learn client acquisition, sales, and business development. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of corporate sales or recruitment is a plus (not mandatory). Freshers and students are welcome. Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.
