Trainee Software Engineer

About the Role

Recruit CRM is seeking a Trainee Software Engineer to join our fully remote engineering team. In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of software development, from building features from scratch to enhancing existing modules. This position starts with a comprehensive 9-month training journey (comprising a 3-month internship and a 6-month traineeship) designed to build a strong foundation in SaaS recruitment technology and AI-driven innovations, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time Associate Software Engineer role.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with software developers to develop the best implementations.
• Develop efficient, reusable, reliable, and scalable software.
• Build features and modules from scratch.
• Maintain existing features and modules.

What You'll Need

• Must be a fresher finishing graduation or post-graduation in the year 2027 (BE, B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc., MTech, MCA, or M.Sc. in Computers).
• Key skills in Java, Python, AI, and ML.
• Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A properly working laptop with a webcam, stable internet connection, and electricity backup for the virtual selection process.
