About the Role

A DevOps Engineer at Recro plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between software development and operations teams. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation scripts to streamline software deployment and testing processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
• Develop and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate testing, building, and deployment of software.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve overall system efficiency.
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless integration of software systems with existing infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain documentation for automated processes, ensuring easy onboarding and knowledge sharing among team members.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to improve existing processes and implement new ones.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, including Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certifications in DevOps, cloud computing, or related fields are a plus.
