About the Role
As an Executive-Sales professional at Recognized, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by upselling and cross-selling products to customers, providing exceptional guest service, and promoting the company's brand. Your day-to-day tasks will involve training, teamwork, and effective communication to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to customers to increase revenue and sales growth.
- Participate in training programs to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and share best practices.
- Process reservations and manage customer bookings efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.
Skills & Qualifications
- Upselling and cross-selling skills.
- Excellent guest service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Customer service certification (optional).
