In this position, you will manage the entire sales cycle, including identifying leads, reaching out to potential clients, conducting presentations, and closing deals. You will collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies, maintain relationships with key clients, and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities. Additionally, you will provide regular updates and reports to ensure targets are met and exceeded. Qualifications Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, deal closing, and client relationship management Communication and Presentation skills to effectively convey ideas and solutions to clients Market Research and Analysis knowledge to understand opportunities and trends Time Management and Organizational skills to balance multiple priorities and deadlines Technical proficiency to work effectively with CRM software and sales tools Flexibility to adapt to new challenges and a dynamic work environment Experience in the recruitment or HR industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
