Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of complex product requirements through eliciting, analysing, and documenting features and user stories.
• Own the creation of in-depth user guides and training materials for comprehensive product understanding and use.
• Design business scenarios and process flows that showcase the product's purpose and benefits.
• Address security and compliance requisites throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Work collaboratively to refine and realise the product vision, promoting product strategy execution.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong collaboration skills, with experience working alongside cross-functional teams.
• A history of building robust stakeholder relationships and effectively managing expectations.
• A background in developing solutions with technical teams and prowess in business process modelling.
• Proficiency in Project and Programme Management, Design Thinking, and IT Service Management.
• Expertise in Change Management practises and understanding Cyber Security strategy.
• Proficiency in IT Service Management, Advanced Analytics, Change Management, Digital Transformation, Cyber Security, Data Analytics, Project Management, Programme Management, Design Thinking, Stakeholder Relationship Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in IT Service Management, Project Management, or Cyber Security.
