Role Description We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Account Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include managing client accounts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met, preparing presentations, and negotiating contracts. The candidate will also be expected to stay updated on industry trends and provide strategic insights to support the company's growth. Qualifications Proven ability in client relationship management, negotiation skills, and account management Sales expertise including lead generation, pitching, and achieving revenue targets Strong organizational skills, proficiency in coordination, and project management Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with stakeholders and clients Proficiency in business software tools, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite Analytical and problem-solving skills to develop business strategies and identify growth opportunities Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in industries served by RDB Group, is a plus
