About the Role

As an Academic Sales Counsellor at RASPL, you will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to prospective students, introducing and explaining courses and learning programs, and understanding student requirements to recommend suitable courses. Your primary goal will be to generate and qualify leads for the admissions process, handle objections professionally, and resolve queries accurately. You will also be required to update lead status and call outcomes in Excel sheets and conduct timely follow-ups to maximize conversions.
