About the Role
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional support and services.
Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Provide timely and effective support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.

What You'll Need
