About the Role

We're a US-based IT staffing firm hiring early-career candidates as Business Development Executives for the US market.

This is an entry-level launchpad — full training provided, minimal to no prior experience expected.

Ideal for recent graduates and those with up to 6 months of experience who are starting their sales career.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to US prospects via LinkedIn, email, and calls
• Build and qualify a pipeline of potential clients
• Schedule meetings for senior BD team members
• Maintain CRM hygiene and track outreach activity

What You'll Need

• 2024, 2025, or 2026 graduates — any discipline
• 0–6 months of experience — freshers and very early-career candidates welcome
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Confident, professional presence on calls and video
• Comfortable working the US night shift (IST evening/night)
• Self-motivated, coachable, and resilient — sales is a numbers game
