Embedded Software Engineer

About the Role

This Embedded Software Engineer role involves working on the development and integration of embedded systems, focusing on SOME/IP, CAN, and LIN communication protocols. You will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and troubleshooting communication stacks, as well as collaborating with system architects and hardware teams for seamless integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and troubleshoot SOME/IP-based service-oriented communication.
• Develop, integrate, and validate ECU Extract with CAN/LIN communication stacks.
• Lead debugging and root cause analysis of communication and network-related issues.
• Guide and mentor team members in network communication and system integration.
• Independently configure and integrate SOME/IP, CAN, or LIN communication stacks.
• Support development and validation of ECU Extract and signal routing.
• Collaborate with system architects and hardware teams for seamless integration.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Expertise in at least two or more areas: SOME/IP-based communication, service discovery, and PDUR routing, CAN/LIN communication stack, signal processing, and ECU Extract integration.
• Memory management (NvM, EEPROM, RAM/ROM allocation).
• Network management and diagnostics (UDS, DoIP, DCM).
• Cybersecurity implementation (SecOC, TLS, message authentication).
• Proficiency in SOME/IP, CAN, LIN, ECU Integration, NvM, EEPROM, RAM/ROM allocation, UDS, DoIP, DCM, SecOC, TLS, message authentication.
