Retail Trainer

About the Role

A Retail Trainer at Ramraj Cotton is responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to retail staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales. Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for retail staff, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop training plans to address these gaps.
• Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
• Provide coaching and feedback to retail staff to improve their performance and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with retail managers to understand business objectives and develop training programs that align with these objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail training and development.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, Education, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the retail industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging training content, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
• Experience with training management software and tools, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Certifications in training and development, such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP).
