About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Business Development Representative to generate qualified business opportunities for our company's ERP, SAP, CRM, Tally, Cloud, and software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other outbound channels.
- Research prospective clients and identify key decision-makers.
- Initiate contact with potential customers and introduce the company's products and services.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements, budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
- Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the business development or sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to nurture opportunities.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in CRM/Bitrix.
- Update CRM with accurate lead details, communication history, and follow-up schedules.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and implementation teams to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
What You'll Need
- Graduate in business administration, marketing, commerce, IT, or any related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in lead generation, inside sales, business development, telecalling, or B2B sales.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
- Experience in ERP, SAP, CRM, Tally, SaaS, Cloud, or IT software sales will be an added advantage.
- BASIC knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and email communication.
