QA Network Automation - Intern

About the Role

This QA Network Automation Intern role at Quvia is an exciting opportunity to work on the NextGen connectivity platform across various platforms. As a QA Network Automation Intern, you will assist in testing and validating network automation scripts, collaborate with the testing team to understand project requirements, and participate in executing network tests according to established test plans and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and documentation of test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for network testing projects.
• Participate in executing network tests according to established test plans and procedures.
• Collect test data and measurements during test execution and assist in analyzing test results and identifying deviations from expected outcomes.
• Document findings and observations for review and discussion with the testing team.
• Assist in setting up and configuring test environments, including physical and virtual network infrastructure components.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of test documentation, including test plans, test reports, and test summaries.

Skills & Qualifications

• CCIE/CCNP/ CCNA Course completed (mandatory).
• Final year of college (Engineering Background).
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols.
• Interest in quality assurance, testing methodologies, and test automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and identify root causes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of network testing and quality assurance.
• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
• Knowledge of CICD pipeline tools such as git, Jenkins.
• Experience with databases or cloud BI platforms (e.g., AWS, Snowflake, Google BigQuery).
