About the Role
This CASA Acquisition role at Quotient Consultancy involves identifying and acquiring new customers across Mumbai, focusing on lead generation, customer onboarding, and cross-selling banking services. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies for customer acquisition, ensuring compliance with KYC and AML regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and opportunities for customer acquisition through various channels, including referrals, online marketing, and networking events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify cross-selling opportunities and increase revenue.
- Conduct thorough KYC and AML checks on potential customers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize customer acquisition efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and customer acquisition tactics.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in sales, customer acquisition, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of banking and financial services, including KYC and AML regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Certifications in sales, marketing, or a related field, such as HubSpot or Salesforce certifications.
