Reliability Tester

About the Role

As a Reliability Tester at Quest Global, you will be responsible for creating and executing both manual and automated tests to ensure the quality and efficiency of software systems. Your primary goal will be to identify and document software bugs, develop automation scripts, and collaborate with development teams to improve the overall testing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating and executing manual and automated tests to find and document software bugs
• Developing automation scripts using tools like Selenium, Cucumber, or Squish
• Collaborating with development teams to identify and resolve issues
• Performing various testing types, including functional, regression, and integration testing
• Using defect tracking tools to report issues and track progress
• Developing and executing reliability test plans to analyze system behavior under load
• Designing and developing test plans, test cases, and generating test reports and documentation

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Selenium, Cucumber, or Squish for automation testing
• Proficiency in advanced Python and Shell scripting
• Hands-on experience in Linux and automation framework
• Experience in reliability testing, load testing, and regression testing
• Knowledge in pipeline testing and writing test cases
• Experience in medical device testing and verification and validation of engineering applications
• Ability to work productively and efficiently in an agile environment
• Coding proficiency in Python and strong analytical thinking skills
• Strong communication abilities and flexibility to work independently and as part of a team
