About the Role
• Customer Sourcing:Identify and source new customers through open market channels and branch leads to grow the bank’s portfolio.
• Cross-Selling:Push cross-sells across various banking products such as loans, accounts, and insurance to existing and new customers.
• Daily Sales Reporting:Maintain a Daily Sales Report (DSR) and update business leads through the CRM system in a timely manner.
• Productivity Targets:Meet the productivity benchmarks set by the business team and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
• Morning Huddles:Attend daily morning huddles with Team Leaders, Sales Managers, and Area Sales Managers to align on the day’s priorities.
• Stakeholder Management:Build and maintain positive relationships with builders, developers, and other stakeholders to expand the lead pipeline.
• Customer Relationship Management:Maintain healthy relationships with customers both before and after loan disbursement to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Compliance:Adhere strictly to company norms, banking policies, and regulatory compliances at every stage of the sales cycle.
