Job Overview We are looking for a skilled Ethical Hacker / Penetration Tester to assess, test, and strengthen our cybersecurity defenses. The ideal candidate will have experience in ethical hacking, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments. This position is open for both part-time and full-time professionals. Responsibilities Perform penetration testing on web applications, networks, and systems. Identify, analyze, and exploit security vulnerabilities in a controlled manner. Conduct vulnerability assessments using automated and manual techniques. Develop and implement security measures to protect against cyber threats. Assist in incident response and forensic investigations. Write detailed security reports and provide remediation recommendations. Stay updated on the latest hacking techniques, tools, and security trends. Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and industry best practices. Conduct social engineering tests and phishing simulations. Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and IT teams to fix vulnerabilities. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong knowledge of penetration testing tools like Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, Nessus, Wireshark, and Kali Linux. Experience in network security, web application security, and cloud security. Knowledge of OWASP Top 10, MITRE ATT&CK, and CIS benchmarks. Ability to exploit vulnerabilities using manual testing techniques. Proficiency in scripting with Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Understanding of encryption, authentication, and secure coding principles. Ethical Hacking certification preferred (CEH, OSCP, OSWE, GPEN, or similar). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
