The role requires expertise in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding, off-boarding, and supporting day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing Experience hiring for internal/corporate roles Strong screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination skills Experience with onboarding, off-boarding, and HR documentation Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Responsibilities Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other channels Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams Manage onboarding and off-boarding activities Support basic HR operations and employee documentation Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers Work closely with leadership and hiring managers on staffing needs Preferred Profile Self-driven and highly organized Comfortable working in fast-paced hiring environments Strong multitasking and communication abilities
