About the Role

As a Business Operations Analyst at Qualcomm, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and ensure seamless operations. Your day-to-day tasks will involve analyzing data, creating reports, and developing solutions to complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and ensure seamless operations
  • Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and other data visualization tools to track key performance indicators
  • Identify and implement opportunities to reduce costs and improve profitability
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business operations and analytics

Skills & Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Management, Operations, Analytics, or related field
  • 0-1 year of relevant experience in internal ticketing and business operations
  • Excellent Advance Excel skills
  • Salesforce certification (plus)
  • Ability to focus on details, multitask, and perform activities timely with quality output
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
