About the Role
As a Sales Specialist | B2B at QuadX Drones, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions, leveraging your excellent communication and negotiation skills to close deals and meet sales targets.
This role is ideal for a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about sales and customer service, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic and innovative company.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, research, and outreach efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, leveraging CRM tools and data analysis to inform decision-making.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate customers on the benefits and features of QuadX Drones' products.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales plans, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales processes and outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and performance indicators.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools, data analysis, and sales software, with experience using tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Certification in sales, marketing, or a related field, such as HubSpot Inbound Sales or Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
