About the Role

As a Patient Counsellor at Qi Spine Clinic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every patient feels comfortable and cared for during their visit. This involves assisting patients with filling forms, understanding their chief concerns, and educating them on the treatment approach and expected recovery.

With a focus on patient-centric sales interactions, you will assure patients of their diagnosis and treatment prescription, and convince them to commit to the treatment program. You will also be responsible for maintaining a professional and well-maintained appearance, collaborating with doctors, housekeeping staff, and other team members to create a welcoming and patient-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients in filling forms required by the Doctor for the first consultation
• Understand from patients their chief concerns, their history, and provide the doctor with all the relevant information
• Educate patients in simple words the treatment approach, the pricing in details, the expected recovery, and all other details enabling patients to make an informed decision
• Ensure that all sales interactions are done in a patient-centric approach
• Assure patients basis their diagnosis, treatment prescription on their recovery and convince them to take the treatment program
• Establish a tone of empathy that helps to resolve any patient complaints or conflicts
• Collaborate with calendar management team to optimize scheduling and streamline patient interactions

Skills & Qualifications

• Must know Microsoft Excel
• Previous experience in patient counseling, customer service, or related roles, with a focus on grooming
• Proven sales experience and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for patient care
