About the Role

As an IN-Associate Contract lifecycle Management-CLM, you will be responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle, from contract negotiation to contract renewal. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Day-to-day tasks will include reviewing and analyzing contracts, identifying potential risks and opportunities, and developing strategies to mitigate risks and improve contract performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze contracts to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and improve contract performance
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to negotiate and finalize contracts
  • Develop and maintain contract databases and records
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication to internal and external stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of contract management software and tools
  • CLM (Contract Life Cycle Management) certification or willingness to obtain
