Voice Process Agent - Kannada & Telugu

About the Role
As a Voice Process Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving queries, and providing excellent customer support in Kannada and Telugu languages. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their concerns and queries in a timely and professional manner.
You will work with a team to manage customer interactions, resolve complaints, and provide information on products and services. Your strong communication skills, both verbal and written, will be essential in this role, as you will be interacting with customers over the phone and via email.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, emails, and chats in Kannada and Telugu languages.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work with a team to manage customer interactions and resolve complex issues.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers.
- Meet or exceed performance targets and quality metrics.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field from a recognized university.
- Excellent communication skills in Kannada and Telugu languages (both verbal and written).
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using software applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
