About the Role
This HR & Admin role at Purba Bharati Gas Pvt. Ltd. involves day-to-day tasks such as maintaining employee records, coordinating office operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and payroll software.
- Basic understanding of HSE principles and fire safety protocols.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
