About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi.

Responsibilities

• Handling inbound and outbound calls
• Assisting customers with their queries
• Following up on leads
• Maintaining customer records
• Ensuring a positive customer experience

What You'll Need

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally and courteously
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
