About the Role
As a Performance Marketing Intern, you will manage and refine paid media campaigns that drive sales and brand visibility across digital channels. You’ll work closely with the brand, merchandising, and analytics teams to translate marketing objectives into actionable ad strategies. Daily tasks involve data analysis, budget monitoring, and creative collaboration to meet ROAS targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for new product launches.
- Track spend against a ₹2030 Cr annual budget and report on cost‑per‑acquisition trends.
- Analyze campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and generate insights that inform bid adjustments and audience targeting.
- Collaborate with creative and merchandising teams to develop ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that align with brand guidelines.
- Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve conversion rates.
- Maintain campaign documentation and update performance dashboards for stakeholders.
- Stay current with platform updates, industry best practices, and emerging digital marketing tools.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and basic SEO concepts.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and LTV.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio) is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot Digital Marketing) are advantageous.
