Role Description The Inside Sales Associate will manage daily sales activities including lead generation, account management, and customer relations. The role involves identifying potential leads, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The individual will work closely with the sales team to meet targets, address client inquiries, and provide support in developing sales strategies. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bhubaneswar. Qualifications Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and nurture potential clients. Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build enduring client relationships. Experience in Account Management and handling client accounts effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with the E-learning or education technology sector is a plus.
