About the Role
As a Team Leader in the Real Estate domain, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of sales professionals, driving business growth through strategic partnerships, and ensuring seamless customer experiences. Your day-to-day tasks will involve analyzing sales data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective sales strategies. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer bases.

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales leadership, business development, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation techniques, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
