We are dedicated to making the home loan journey simple, transparent, and stress-free for families Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and proactive Business Development Intern to join our growth team. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and supporting our mission to provide the best home loan solutions. This role offers hands-on experience in the financial services sector and a chance to build a career in sales and relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting- Identify potential homebuyers, real estate agents, CAs and builders through market research, networking, and cold calling. Client Interaction-Connect with clients, understand their home loan requirements, and provide basic guidance on available loan products. Channel Partnership- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with property consultants, developers. Market Research: Analyze local real estate trends and competitor schemes to identify new market opportunities.Sales Support: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in our CRM system. On-Ground Activity- Participate in marketing campaigns, kiosk setups, and property site visits as needed. Requirements-Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.Strong persuasive abilities and a people-person attitude.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and WhatsApp Business.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejections with resilience.Interest in fintech, real estate, and finance.
