Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Management Trainee - Sales based in Karnataka, India. The role involves developing strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and promoting the company's services. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, generating sales leads, preparing sales reports, delivering presentations, and supporting the team in achieving sales targets. Continuous learning and development will be encouraged to help trainees grow into leadership positions within the organization. Qualifications Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of sales strategies and customer relationship management Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work under minimal supervision Proficiency in using tools for documentation, reporting, and presentations Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and learn through hands-on experiences Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Knowledge of the real estate industry and local market trends is a plus Strong organizational and time-management skills
