The candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and maintaining long-term partnerships with existing customers. Daily tasks include conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves creating and implementing sales strategies to expand the company's market presence while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and after-sales service. Qualifications Proven sales experience, account management, and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain strong client relationships. Knowledge of sales strategy development, negotiation techniques, and market analysis. Proficiency in communication, presentation, and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Familiarity with the laundry or industrial equipment industry is a plus. Willingness to work on-site at the Chennai office and travel as needed for client meetings.
