Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Software Engineer + Instructor specializing in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA). Based in Delhi, India, the role involves designing and developing software solutions, teaching programming concepts with a focus on DSA, guiding students in problem-solving techniques, and mentoring them to achieve industry readiness. Additional responsibilities include conducting coding workshops, curating educational materials, and collaborating with team members for curriculum improvements. Qualifications Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and core Computer Science fundamentals Excellent problem-solving skills with proficiency in implementing optimized algorithms and writing efficient code Strong command over at least one programming language such as C++, Java, or Python Deep understanding of topics like recursion, dynamic programming, graphs, trees, greedy algorithms, and time complexity analysis Ability to explain complex DSA concepts clearly and mentor students effectively Passion for competitive programming, coding interviews, and problem solving Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, competitive programming, or technical content creation is a plus Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
