Workday Procurement Functional Consultant
About the Role
Job Description: We are seeking a Workday Procurement Functional Consultant with strong experience in procurement setup, business process configuration, workflow troubleshooting, and post-implementation support. The candidate should be able to stabilize and optimize an existing procurement environment that was not configured correctly during initial setup. Required Skills: - Strong hands-on experience in Workday Procurement - Procurement module implementation and support - Business Process (BP) configuration - Workflow management and troubleshooting - Approval chain setup - Supplier/Vendor management - Requisition-to-purchase process knowledge - Security roles and permissions - Purchase Orders and Procurement operations - User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - Production support and issue resolution Technical/Tool Stack: - Workday Procurement - Workday Financials - Workday Business Process Framework - Supplier Management - Reporting and Analytics - Integrations with AP/Finance systems - EIBs/Core Connectors preferred - Workday security framework Preferred: - Workday Procurement certification - Experience fixing incorrectly configured implementations - Experience in support and enhancement projects
