About the Role
Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:
1. Own the end-to-end sales process- from first outreach and discovery to pitch, follow-up, and closure
2. Conduct structured consultative calls to understand each prospect's career stage, goals, and concerns before recommending a program
3. Handle inbound leads promptly and manage outbound outreach across calls, WhatsApp, and email
4. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline; track all interactions and deal stages in the CRM diligently
5. Handle objections confidently- on pricing, timing, relevance, and anything in between
6. Meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets and revenue goals
7. Maintain post-sale touchpoints to ensure smooth onboarding and reduce drop-offs
8. Relay consistent prospect feedback to the marketing and product teams to sharpen positioning and messaging
