About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) intern at Procol, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales growth through effective communication and sales strategies.
Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities, and delivering pitches to secure meetings with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through research, social selling, and email outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers through effective communication and sales strategies
- Identify and qualify potential opportunities, and deliver pitches to secure meetings with key decision-makers
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and maximize sales potential
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Skills & Qualifications
- Inside Sales experience (or a strong understanding of sales principles)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree)
- Basic knowledge of sales software and tools (e.g. email marketing platforms, social media management tools)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
