Talent Acquisition Trainee

About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Trainee at ProArch, you'll be part of a dynamic team that partners with businesses worldwide to turn big ideas into better outcomes through IT services. Your day-to-day tasks will involve assisting in posting job openings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
• Support the team in sourcing candidates through job boards and social media.
• Screen resumes and application forms.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Help in maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Participate in resume reviews and candidate assessments.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
