Accountant

About the Role

An Accountant at Priyanshu raj traders will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role will involve working closely with the management team to analyze financial data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions. The Accountant will also be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's accounting software and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and review of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date financial records, including journal entries, ledgers, and general ledgers.
• Reconciliation of accounts, including bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.
• Analysis of financial data to identify trends and make informed business decisions.
• Management and maintenance of accounting software, including data entry, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements.
• Communication of financial information to management and other stakeholders, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software, including MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Relevant certifications, such as CA or CMA, are a plus.
