About the Role
Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:
1. Doing online research on various overseas education programs for both Under-Grad & Post-Grad.
2. Handling the assigned overseas education research work for each specific client's requirements of the company, and all their queries/concerns.
3. Coordinating between the counselors and the clients of the company.
4. Assisting in the application filing/supervision of the clients for various universities in different countries for their respective batch applications.
5. Since the nature of the company’s work is strictly on deadline-based delivery, adherence to this is of utmost importance.
6. Coordinate with the founder to conduct new student workshops.
7. Prepare and maintain student records according to company policies, using MS Word/Excel/PPT/Drop Box/Google Sheet or the company-provided platform.
