Consolidation Specialist - Finance

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial consolidations for Prima Business Solutions. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, identify and resolve discrepancies, and prepare financial statements for submission to stakeholders.

As a Consolidation Specialist, you will be the key point of contact for financial reporting and will be required to communicate complex financial information to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial consolidations, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data, including intercompany transactions and accounting errors.
• Develop and maintain process documentation for financial reporting and consolidation processes.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate financial information to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of SEC filings and other regulatory reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in financial reporting regulations and ensure compliance with US GAAP.

Skills & Qualifications

• US GAAP knowledge and experience with financial reporting and consolidation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience with consolidation systems and financial statement preparation.
• Knowledge of SEC filings and regulatory reporting requirements.
