About the Role

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch support and service to help them succeed in the short-term rental and hospitality industry. You will wear multiple hats, taking ownership of customer issues, conducting product walkthroughs, and providing resolutions to customer queries.

Your work will have a real impact on the success of PriceLabs customers and their businesses, and you will be expected to uphold high standards of customer service while continuously looking for ways to improve and set new standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone calls, and live video calls, providing prompt and accurate feedback.
  • Conduct product walkthroughs and provide resolutions to customer queries, ensuring customers have a clear understanding of our product and services.
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues, working closely with internal teams as needed.
  • Take ownership of customer issues reported, seeing problems through to resolution and ensuring proper recording and closure of all issues.
  • Find ways to go above and beyond to help customers, identifying opportunities to improve their experience and satisfaction with our product and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide regular feedback to internal teams on customer issues and concerns, helping to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong analytical background, with a minimum Math score of 2.00 (equivalent to 85% or higher) in your 10th grade or most recent Math exam.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.
  • Empathy and patience, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Basic knowledge of the short-term rental and hospitality industry, with a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
