About the Role

As a Finance Executive at Pratibha Syntex, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Your day-to-day tasks will involve processing invoices, managing vendors, and maintaining master data in SAP. You will also be involved in import documentation, vendor reconciliation, and ensuring GST and TDS compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices and ensure timely payment to vendors
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date master data in SAP
• Ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations
• Perform vendor reconciliation and resolve any discrepancies
• Assist in import documentation and customs clearance

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field
• Experience with SAP and its modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM)
• Knowledge of GST and TDS regulations and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
