The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing core Human Resource operations, including recruitment coordination, employee documentation, onboarding, communication, attendance coordination, and maintaining a structured work environment. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments within the organization.
