About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Perform daily reconciliation of accounts, including bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.
• Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date ledgers, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, including analyzing historical data and identifying trends.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions, including identifying areas for cost savings and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and identify trends.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in financial software, including Excel, QuickBooks, and other accounting systems.
• Knowledge of financial reporting and regulatory requirements, including GAAP and IFRS.
