Data Analyst

About the Role

As a Data Analyst at Policybazaar.com, you'll be working closely with cross-functional teams to extract insights from large datasets, identify trends, and inform business decisions. Your primary focus will be on analyzing customer data, market trends, and competitor analysis to drive growth and improvement in the company's products and services.

You'll spend most of your time working with SQL, MS Excel, and Python to collect, process, and visualize data. Your findings will be presented to stakeholders through reports and dashboards built using Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain databases, data warehouses, and data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and accessibility.
• Analyze large datasets using SQL, MS Excel, and Python to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Create data visualizations and reports using Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
• Develop and maintain data quality and governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong foundation in data analysis and visualization using SQL, MS Excel, and Python.
• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
