About the Role

As a Sales Executive at PolicyBazaar, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products to customers.

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and email software.
• Degree in any field from a recognized university.
• 0-4 years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Patience and empathy when dealing with difficult customers.
