About the Role

As an AgM Product Development professional at PNB Metlife, you will be responsible for driving the development of innovative retirement products that meet the evolving needs of customers. This involves analyzing market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements to create compelling sales pitches and product strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product launches and effective stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the retirement products market.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing, and regulatory teams, to ensure effective communication and alignment.
• Manage and lead product development teams to ensure timely delivery of products and features.
• Track competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
• Develop and deliver sales pitches and product presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and ensure compliance in product development.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 0-4 years of experience in product development, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of retirement products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and develop compelling product strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Certifications in product development, marketing, or a related field are a plus.
