About the Role
As a Business Development Associate at PlanetSpark, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by engaging with parents and adult learners to schedule high-impact video counseling sessions. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct consultative, value-driven counseling, address objections, and influence decision-makers toward successful enrollments.
This role requires a strong understanding of sales principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with parents and adult learners to schedule high-impact video counseling sessions.
- Conduct consultative, value-driven counseling to address objections and influence decision-makers toward successful enrollments.
- Manage and optimize the complete sales lifecycle from first interaction to final conversion.
- Ensure consistent follow-ups and closures to meet sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, adult learners, and decision-makers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.
