About the Role- PlanetSpark is hiring passionate Freelance Video Course Creators to develop engaging micro-learning courses in Communication & Soft Skills.This is an end-to-end content creation role where creators will own the complete course journey — from curriculum planning and AI-assisted script creation to video recording, CMS publishing, and course launch . Responsibility Create conversational video lesson scripts using AI tools Record engaging educational videos using a prompter Design PPTs, quizzes, and learning activities Upload and launch courses on CMS (Strapi) and YouTube Manage end-to-end course creation and publishing Requirements Strong communication and presentation skills Experience in teaching, training, or educational content creation Expertise in communication skills, public speaking, or soft skills Ability to independently create and publish video-based courses Project Timeline 1 Day – Script Creation 2.5 Hours – Video Shoot 2–3 Days – Course Completion & Launch Perks Training provided before project start Remote and flexible work opportunity Certified Video Course Creator certification from PlanetSpark + IAO Accreditation after successful training and course launch
